Dear DFO Fans,

Since the Act 03 maintenance, Neople DFO team has been working on the issue, channel shutdown problem.

We had an emergency maintenance due to the issue but the same problem is happening. Please keep in mind that some popular channels may be randomly disconnected. We recommend you to try playing in the other channels.

As mentioned, Neople DFO team has been doing the best to fix the channel shutdown problem happening since the last maintenance. However, the issue still remains now and we have decided to close the service until it is fixed. We expect it will not be too long but are afraid to say we are not exactly sure how long it will take.

Everyday DFO display problem

Dear DFO Fans,

For some cases, we found from Everyday DFO event calendar, the Week 5 icon, Jun 7 & 8 icon can be displayed as absent despite fulfilling the event condition.

However, please trust that we are already aware of this matter and we want to assure you that this is just a display issue and it should not affect your eligibility for the event rewards.

Please be advised that you should still receive the Everday DFO event rewards.
